Shipping:
Welcome Packages – We try to send out welcome packages within one week of receiving orders. Once we receive an order take photos of YOUR adopted tree (we don’t send you a standard photo of just any tree in the grove) so if we are having a bad stretch of weather it may take longer to send your welcome package. If you need express delivery for that last minute gift, please email us for prices at olivetree.com.
We reserve the right to amend prices in the event of market conditions and material costs fluctuating.
Olive Oil – We ship all olive oil for olive tree adoptions in December, Please make sure that someone is available to receive your Olive Oil. We cannot assume responsibility for products after delivery for factors beyond our control.
Harvest – Harvest in Le Marche can start as early as late October and can last until early December depending on the year. Other regions of Italy to the north have shorter harvest periods that end as early as November because of frost and winter weather.
Customers that adopt olive trees by October 31st will have their oil despatched in December of the same year.
Our Olive Oil
Our family grows all the olives used to produce the oil for Oliviotree in our family owned grove in Le Marche. We do not purchase olives from other areas of the world or from any third parties elsewhere. We also press our olives locally in LeMarche and bottle/can our own oil. 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil made from olives grown in Italy, picked in Italy, pressed in Italy and poured in Italy.
Returns/Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in the same condition in which you received it. We are unable to refund any delivery or shipping costs. We will refund the cost of the item within 30 days.
